• Contract: Locum
• Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
• Required Procedures: OB and basic regionals (TAP, Supraclavicular, Adductor Canal, Popliteal Blocks)
• Case Mix:
  • General Surgery, Neuro, Spine, Thoracic, Ortho
  • Majority Case Type: Ortho, General, OBGYN
• Coverage:
  • 20 shifts/month
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • Weekends required
• Call:
  • In-house and Beeper
• EMR System: Medaxion

Requirements:

• Certification: BC ABA
• License: Active Florida upon presentation
• Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
