• Reason for Coverage: Provider shortage - coverage needed until permanent hire

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active CT License
• Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS (preferred)
• Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Physician only (no APPs), no telehealth required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
