REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active CT License
Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS (preferred)
Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
Other Qualifications: Physician only (no APPs), no telehealth required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
