What you’ll need to succeed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at XPO
1 year of related work experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination or related area
Experience with SuccessFactors
Knowledge of employment laws
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills

Create requisitions and post positions to appropriate sources
Prepare and send pre-boarding documents to prospective candidates
Initiate and monitor background and onboarding steps
Review and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the position requirements
Audit pre-employment onboarding documentation to ensure compliance
Answer questions and provide coaching to HR, hiring managers and potential applicants
