Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Corporate, Engineering)
Role Type: Contract
Role Duration: 6 months+ with good chance of extensions and/or permanent rollover

Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite at least 3 days per week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑growing, high‑demand medical device organization. This role will focus on full lifecycle recruiting across multiple technical disciplines in a high‑volume, fast‑paced corporate environment.
The recruiter will manage their own requisitions end‑to‑end, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, and help scale teams during a sustained growth period. This is an individual contributor role (not director‑level) and is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in ownership‑driven, execution‑focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruiting for multiple technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance
Support hiring across engineering functions, including:
Embedded Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Clinical Engineering
Own and manage approximately 10–12 open requisitions at a time
Partner closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination in a high‑volume environment
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to maintain strong candidate pipelines, including outreach to passive candidates
Act as a candidate advocate throughout the recruiting process
Use data, market insights, and best practices to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes and candidate experience
Collaborate with internal teams responsible for onboarding and background checks (not owned by this role)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7–8+ years of recruiting experience
Minimum of 5–7 years of corporate recruiting experience (agency‑only backgrounds will not be considered)
Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate environment
Demonstrated success recruiting for technical and engineering roles
Experience supporting high‑volume requisitions in fast‑paced organizations
Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently own requisitions
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, Oracle, or similar
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within a hypergrowth or scaling organization
Prior exposure to healthcare, medical device, or regulated environments (not required)
Experience using Workday (not required)
