What You'll Do
The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations at the site by providing administrative and front-line HR support to employees and supervisors. This role assists with hourly and temporary recruitment, timekeeping processes, onboarding, and employee support to help ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Supports recruitment efforts for hourly and temporary positions, including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining applicant tracking.

Assists with managing temporary workforce needs in partnership with staffing agencies, including onboarding and assignment tracking.

Serves as an on-site HR resource for employees and supervisors, answering questions related to policies, procedures, and general HR topics.

Reviews and audits timecards for accuracy and follows up with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.

Assists with payroll processing by helping validate time and attendance data and respond to employee questions.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Conducts new hire orientation and supports onboarding activities.

Assists with administration of HR programs such as benefits communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Performs routine audits of HR files, timekeeping records, and required documentation.

Supports employee relations efforts by addressing routine questions and escalating concerns as needed.

Assists with communication efforts, including postings, presentations, and translations for the workforce.

Provides general administrative support to the HR function as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with or ability to learn HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems.

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of related experience in HR, administrative, or recruiting support.

Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
