Role Overview
This role offers an opportunity for hands‑on technical recruiting experience within a recognized technology organization. The position involves supporting end‑to‑end hiring for specialized and technical roles and provides meaningful exposure to niche, high‑impact technology recruitment, enhancing long‑term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional channels.
Build and manage candidate pipelines for specialized technical roles.
Utilize recruiting systems to manage candidate flow.
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Screen and assess candidates for technical and role alignment.
Determine candidate qualifications and readiness for interviews.
Communicate technical requirements and expectations clearly to candidates.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant recruiting experience, proven sourcing and pipeline‑building success.
Technical Skills: Strong technical recruiting experience, particularly within engineering or specialized technology roles.
Preferred Qualifications
In‑house recruiting experience.
Previous experience in banking or finance recruiting.
Work Environment
New team members partner closely with experienced recruiters during ramp‑up and training.
The role becomes increasingly autonomous once fully ramped.
Work is primarily individual contributor focused, with opportunities to collaborate with other recruiters.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $39.00–$49.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
