Job Summary
The CDL Class B Driver I – Vacuum & Box Truck Driver will be responsible for hauling non‑hazardous waste and must be experienced with driving Class B trucks, loading box trucks, and operating vacuum trucks. This includes the need to support operations during high demand times to ensure the success of the business.

Responsibilities

Loading, unloading, and safely transporting non‑hazardous materials and operating the box truck and vacuum truck, as well as facility equipment. Willingness to cross‑train on roll‑off equipment.

Types of equipment include, but are not limited to, front‑end loaders, excavators, forklifts.

Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment while maintaining appearance of company equipment to meet company standards.

Interfacing and creating a â…mazing experience for our clients at the point of delivery.

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.

Reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after pickups.

Must have the ability to make minor repairs (light bulbs, fuses, minor air leaks).

Must have the ability to identify and report equipment malfunction or damage.

Requirements

CDL Driver must have a good driving history and pass background check.

Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement.

CDL Driver must pass DOT drug screen, physical, and road test.

Driving experience required.

Box truck with liftgate and vacuum truck operational experience preferred.

Physical Demands

The employee must lift up to 50 pounds.

Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

This position will require wearing personal protective equipment.

Ability to do repetitive motion (lifting, pulling, and loading hoses/pumping totes and drums).
