
Risk Manager

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of
risk management , including insurance, claims, bonding, and contract review
Manage
subcontractor risk , including insurance compliance, prequalification, and contract negotiations
Oversee
claims and legal matters , working with attorneys and tracking associated costs
Administer
bonding processes , reporting, and forecasting
Review customer contracts, insurance requirements, and bid documents
Ensure compliance with
OSHA, construction law, and industry regulations
Partner with operations teams to resolve risk-related issues and keep projects moving forward
Oversee and enhance
company-wide safety programs , including incident investigations and performance tracking
Provide reporting and insights to executive leadership on risk and safety metrics
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
risk management, construction, insurance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of
construction contracts, insurance policies, and bonding requirements
Experience managing
claims, subcontractor compliance, and safety programs
Ability to analyze risk and make sound, independent decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, finance, law, or related field
Professional certifications such as PRM
