Material Handler / Tool Crib & Inventory Attendant – 2nd Shift
Location: Automotive Plant Environment
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Must be willing to work any shift as needed
Keep operations moving in a hands‑on inventory and warehouse role.
We are looking for a reliable
Tool Crib & Inventory Attendant
to support material flow, inventory accuracy, and internal customer service within a secured crib area of an automotive plant. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, stockroom, inventory control, or material handling experience who enjoys staying organized, working safely, and supporting plant operations.
In this position, you will receive, store, track, and issue non‑production materials while helping maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, organized crib area. Experience with
SAP , warehouse inventory processes, and powered industrial vehicles is highly valued.
What You’ll Do
Receive inbound materials and put them away in the correct storage locations
Track inventory and maintain accurate records in the system
Issue and dispense materials to internal customers, including maintenance teams and plant personnel
Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
Load and unload trucks using powered industrial vehicles
Keep the crib and storage areas clean, organized, and audit‑ready
Support daily warehouse and material handling needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Experience in warehouse, inventory control, stockroom, crib attendant, or material handling work
Experience using an inventory system such as SAP
Ability to receive, store, issue, and track materials accurately
Experience operating material handling equipment / powered industrial vehicles
Valid MHE/PIV operator license required
Ability to work on 2nd shift and flexibility to support other shifts as needed
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety
Nice to Have
Automotive plant or manufacturing environment experience
Tool crib, MRO, or maintenance parts inventory experience
Experience supporting internal plant customers in a fast‑paced environment
