As a Strategic Pricing Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with a diverse team around the world.
How you will make an impact
Supporting pricing analysis across Distribution, Government, and GPO/IDN channels to inform pricing strategy and commercial decisions
Analyzing pricing actions, margin trends, contract impacts, and overall pricing performance to identify insights and opportunities
Partnering with technical and analytics teams to enhance pricing dashboards, tools, and workflows that improve visibility and decision‑making
Translating business and pricing needs into clear requirements for reporting, Power BI dashboards, and workflow automation
Collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Contracting, Finance, and Marketing to support data‑driven pricing recommendations
Your Skills and Expertise
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher AND eight (8) years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or data analysis
OR High school / GED AND twelve (12) years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or data analysis
Additional required qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience performing pricing or financial analysis and interpreting complex data sets
Eight (8) years of experience working with Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial or pricing models
Desired qualifications that could help you succeed:
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with business partners
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and curiosity when working with data
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or workflow automation tools such as Power Apps or Power Automate
Exposure to medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry pricing

Compensation and Benefits
Applicable to US applicants only: The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
