As a Customer Service team member you are passionate about bringing the products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. Responsibilities
Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of delighting the customer.
Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that best serve them.
Accurately place telephone orders, offering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers' needs.
Work independently and maintain professionalism under all circumstances.
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Full‑time availability of 20+ hours a week with flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs.
Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
Ability to perform essential duties accurately and efficiently.
Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
