
Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
