Position Summary
The HVAC Senior Analyst administers repair services for high priority HVAC/R trades for CVS retail locations. In this role, you will be solely responsible for managing the assigned trade(s) and/or regions and will take direction from the HVAC/R manager.

Responsibilities

Partner with the field Facility Managers in managing the work orders for their assigned trade(s)/territories.

Contact and work with vendors to facilitate repairs, create and review work order requests, and review and approve vendor proposals and invoices according to the department’s accounting and vendor contractual requirements.

Perform analytical reporting for the assigned trade(s); set key performance indicators for third party vendors and conduct comprehensive business reviews with vendors to review their performance; coach vendors into compliance with department requirements.

Perform financial analysis of the assigned trade(s); identify potential risks and areas for improvement and implement changes; participate in trade RFPs and work with Procurement to manage vendor sourcing.

Manage projects, pilots, and programs alongside the HVAC/R manager; develop projects and guide them to completion while coordinating with multiple stakeholders with varying interests.

Assist the HVAC manager with compiling, loading and managing asset information into the Service Channel database.

Additional project assignments and duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators

3+ years of experience in property, vendor or program management

3+ years of analytical / reporting experience

3+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews

3+ years of managing multiple projects

5+ years of MS Office Suite experience

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years related experience in property, vendor, or program management

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Work with Procurement/Contracts on amendments, new RFPs and compliance issues

Source new vendors and compare rates

Experience with Property or Vendor Management software

Experience with AP software

Experience working in a fast-paced team environment and independently with varying levels across the company

Highly organized and the ability to reorganize programs or projects to improve processes

Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive changes if directed

Excellent presentation and people skills

Experience working with multiple departments with varying stakeholders and interests in a professional manner

Education
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
