Responsibilities
Check patients in and out at appointments.
Assist patients with next steps and follow‑up.
Verify insurance details.
Collect co‑pays and balances.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience in a Front Office or Surgery Scheduling role.
Must have experience in a surgical specialty.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin are desirable.
Key Skills
Appointment scheduling, administrative support, medical reception, surgical scheduling, EMR (Athena), medical terminology, patient access, front‑desk customer service.
Pay & Benefits
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (contract position).
