The Staff Pad is partnering with a premium, global logistics company that specializes in storing, moving, and shipping high-value items, fine art, antiques, and furniture to hire a Logistics Account Manager . The Logistics Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the full lifecycle of high-value shipping and logistics projects. This role sits at the intersection of client service and operations, ensuring seamless coordination from quote through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the shipping process
Oversee projects from initial quote through execution and final billing
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, inventories, and commercial invoices
Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
Monitor timelines, costs, and service quality to meet client expectations
Support senior account managers with documentation, invoicing, and client setup
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company procedures
Requirements Qualifications
Experience in logistics, shipping, fine art, or a related industry preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with systems like Moveware is a plus)

Delivering a high-touch client experience from start to finish
Managing shipments efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance
Hitting monthly billing targets and contributing to account growth
