About The Role
Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated construction leadership with forward-looking, strategic focus on construction activities, including inspection oversight and adherence to project execution and safety plans.
Represent the Project Team at the site level during construction.
Provide feedback to contractors on best practices and standards.
Ensure efficient and consistent construction management practices across solar projects during development and construction phases.
Ensure EPC are executing site work safely and with the highest quality to ensure work is completed to the Company Standards and within all regulatory and environmental requirements as it applies to construction.
Identify and communicate risks to the project team. Work with the project team to understand, analyze and manage these risks.
Qualifications
Solar, Civil, or heavy Electrical Experience
API 1169 (required for Pipeline Inspectors)
(Valid Driver's License to be kept on file with supplier)
First Aid/CPR, Global Harmonized Systems, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (or OSHA Equivalent*) (training needs to be within last five years).
Minimum years as Worker: 5. Minimum years as Supervisor: 2.
