Workplace Operations Coordinator

This role is centered on delivering a best‑in‑class workplace experience ensuring the office is consistently organized, well‑maintained, and running smoothly throughout the day.
You’ll be the go-to person for the physical space, creating an environment that feels polished, welcoming, and fully functional for employees and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do

Maintain a high standard across all shared spaces, including kitchen and common areas
Ensure the office is consistently organized, stocked, and presentation‑ready
Oversee day‑to‑day workplace operations and flow
Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and employees
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and building management
Prepare meeting rooms and support office events
Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
Manage supplies, deliveries, and general administrative support
