
Construction Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join one of our leading facilities management clients to help lead client-based construction projects. This team delivers hard‑services–led, customized facility and project management solutions, supported by best‑in‑class partners and access to ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience services. The Senior Project Manager leads a project management team and oversees complex projects from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a project management team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Manage daily team operations, schedules, task assignments, and cross‑training.
Oversee procurement, contracting, planning, execution, and closeout for all projects.
Ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely administration.
Manage financial performance, including billing, AR, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic business goals.
Identify project risks and lead mitigation planning.
Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational standards and values.
Solve complex operational and technical challenges with broad business awareness.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience required. Equivalent experience considered.
Experience working for a general contractor.
Strong MEP experience supporting complex building infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferred.
Compensation
$160,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary.
