
Distribution Coordinator Overnight

Warehouse Clerk – Overnight
Responsible for scheduling all incoming freight and reconciling receiving paperwork before submitting it to the front office for data entry.
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 1 AM – 11 AM (subject to change).
Primary Responsibilities
Check-in Drivers with a high level of accuracy
Review invoices for returns and accurate coding
Create return sales order in SAP software system
Restock customer returned product
Perform Bin to Bin movement physically and in the system using RF
Assist at customer pick up dock as needed
Create driver manifest
Create billing documents
Manage inbound scheduling; create appointments
Participate in inventory count as needed
Attend monthly safety meeting
Understand safety rules and requirements in the workplace
Report warehouse equipment service needs and other safety issues promptly
Perform tasks with other systems (Bev Scan/ Bev Pro/Roadnet/Mobilecast)
Take online safety courses and other classes as needed
Assist employees with scanner issues/questions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
1 year of experience
Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods
Physical Demands
Considerable time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
Frequent lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 48 pounds
Regular operation of machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
Repetitive motions, work at varying heights, exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
