Warehouse Supervisor – Orlando
Lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence at a high‑volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor day‑to‑day warehouse operations to ensure shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness objectives are met or exceeded.
Monitor loading, dispatch, and receiving times, making appropriate adjustments to maintain compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.
Communicate with associates to ensure compliance with productivity, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Maintain computer‑based and manual reports and paperwork, including time records, daily logs, and damage reports.
Monitor product damage and audit routes to ensure reliable delivery.
Plan and schedule manpower.
Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports.
Perform other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications
3–6 years of warehouse or distribution operations experience, including team supervision.
Associate’s degree preferred; vocational/technical accepted.
Forklift instructor certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
Experience in union environments a plus but not required.
Schedule & Setting
Full‑time, on‑site supervisory role in a temperature‑controlled warehouse.
Open to AM or PM shift.Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Leads a large‑scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service.

Annual salary with weekly pay (every Friday).
