Position Overview
This role supports a busy litigation team by providing both legal and administrative assistance in a fast‑paced environment. The Litigation Legal Assistant will manage case details, coordinate deadlines, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail‑oriented individual who wants to directly impact client outcomes. The position is fully onsite and located in Englewood, Colorado.

Responsibilities

Provide daily legal and administrative support to litigation attorneys.

Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.

Manage court filings (state and federal) and track key deadlines and calendars.

Coordinate scheduling with clients, courts, and third parties.

Maintain organized case files and manage document systems.

Support overall team operations, including communication and administrative coordination.

Qualifications

Experience supporting attorneys in a litigation or legal support environment.

Familiarity with court filings and legal procedures (state and/or federal preferred).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a pay range of

$28.85 – $33.65 per hour , along with a comprehensive benefits package including
