Own key workstreams on large-scale project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure. You will work directly with senior lawyers on structuring, drafting, and negotiating financings for sponsors and lenders, including complex and cross-border matters.
This team is consistently active on high-value projects, including energy transition, power, and infrastructure deals. You will gain exposure to sophisticated clients and build technical and commercial judgement quickly, with real responsibility early in your career.

What you'll do
Lead workstreams on project development and finance transactions
Draft and negotiate financing documents

2 to 4 years’ experience in project finance or development
Strong drafting and technical skills
Experience managing workstreams on financings
Commercial judgement and client‑facing ability
Texas admission or eligibility to waive in
