PE Debt Finance Associate Philadelphia Mid-Level
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a mid-level debt finance associate to support sponsor-side and lender-side leveraged finance work tied to buyouts, acquisition financings, and growth deals.
Role Summary
Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders on term and revolving facilities
Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documentation
Run key deal workstreams and coordinate with corporate and sponsor teams through signing and closing
Candidate Profile
Mid-level associate with leveraged finance reps (LBO, acquisition finance, growth facilities)
Strong drafting in credit docs and comfort negotiating directly with counterparties
Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
