Real Estate Finance Attorney Associate

A Vault 10 firm is looking for a mid-level real estate finance associate to join its Band 1 Chambers ranked group in New York.
A regular winner of Real Estate Practice of the Year, this group represents both private equity sponsors and institutional lenders of all types and sizes in a wide range of real estate finance matters, as well as other tangential financial services in real estate.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-6 years of experience (3rd-6th year) in private equity real estate finance. Varying experience (predominantly sponsor vs lender, etc) will be considered, but experience should be similar in type and size (i.e. affordable housing/multifamily finance experience will not be considered)
Excellent academic credentials (top law school, strong grades preferred)
After a busy 2025 this group has entered 2026 with incredible deal flow. With hundreds of billions in financings globally in the last 5 years, this is an opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the biggest and most notable deals in existence. Associates in this group are given excellent substantive opportunity and training and there is an emphasis on mentorship and one-on-one time with partners.
