A prominent, high-end boutique firm is seeking to add a Real Estate Associate to its growing Los Angeles practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the practice group head on complex commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of developers, investors, and lenders in development, acquisitions, financings, and redevelopment matters. The practice represents a sophisticated client base, including real estate investment trusts, pension funds, private equity funds, and private developers.
The estimated base salary range for this position is
$225,000–$400,000 , depending on experience.

Qualifications
4+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients
Excellent academic credentials (top law school or strong grades)
Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
Active California bar admission, in good standing
