Distinct are supporting an established, multi-practiced law firm seeking to add to their General Liability practice group. This opportunity is ideal for a junior or experienced Attorney looking to further their development in the legal space, gaining exposure with different sectors, and having an achievable progression plan at the firm.
The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years general liability experience.
Experience managing cases from beginning to end.
Conduct thorough legal research.
Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and maintain organized records.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting general liability cases.
Having a New York Bar is essential and a NJ/CT/PA bar admission is desirable.
