- Executive Leadership with Clinical Balance: Split schedule-2 days clinic, 2.5 days administrative
- System-Wide Impact: Guide care delivery across multiple clinic sites
- Collaborative Leadership Model: Partner directly with executive team on strategy and operations
- No Call, No Weekends: Predictable weekday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Base Salary: Up to $410,000 + quarterly production bonuses
- Retention Bonus: $30,000 + up to $40,000 annual incentives
- Student Loan Forgiveness + full malpractice coverage
- 5% retirement match, full health/dental/vision, CME + PTO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinical program development
- Open to stepping into leadership (no prior experience required)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state
