Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state.
• Proven experience in women s health, obstetrics, and gynecologic care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-volume clinics or hospital-based deliveries.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
• Prior experience in a hospital or military healthcare setting.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Recent obstetrics and gynecology practice, preferably within the last 12 months.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, with a preference for 7 on, 7 off rotation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing call duties and coverage.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Willing to travel or relocate if necessary, with travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable.
