Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary: $285,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: wRVU productivity bonus and quality bonus
- Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: BE/BC Family Medicine
- Licensure: Must be eligible to receive an Illinois medical license
