Compensation & Benefits :
* Base Salary: $285,000
* Performance-Based Incentives: wRVU productivity bonus and quality bonus
* Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
* Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000
* Comprehensive Benefits: 5 weeks vacation, 5% employer contribution toward retirement, concierge relocation service, and more
Qualifications :
* Degree: MD or DO
* Certifications: BE/BC Family Medicine
* Licensure: Must be eligible to receive an Illinois medical license
