The Office Clerk is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations. This role involves organizing and prioritizing work, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations

Maintain and organize records, reports, and filing systems

Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed

Prepare and compile reports in a timely manner

Collaborate with team members to support additional tasks and projects

Ensure clear and professional communication with coworkers and stakeholders

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

2–3 years of experience in an office clerk or administrative role preferred

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Other Qualifications

High level of attention to detail

Reliable and dependable work ethic

Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
