Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one‑on‑one support in a residential/home setting for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work and is seeking a stable, consistent schedule in a supportive environment.
Available Shifts
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
4:00PM – 9:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision in a residential/home setting
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
Support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment
Document care provided and report changes in condition or behavior
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or home health aide preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
