We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources specialist to join our client's dynamic team in financial services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on human capital management to foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Oversee full‑cycle of recruitment efforts.
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
Manage HR systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address HR‑related challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Human Resources professional in financial services (2 years minimum).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
