Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Human Resources professional in financial services (2 years minimum)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
