What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support core People & Culture operations by processing bi‑weekly payroll and maintaining accurate records in Workday, administering employee benefits, and supporting onboarding activities including HRIS entry and I‑9 documentation. You will serve as the Workday subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and user support, while managing employee inquiries with a strong customer service focus and assisting with employee relations matters as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting new hire orientation, employee recognition programs, and maintaining personnel files in compliance with company policies. You will also lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations, building candidate pipelines through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, and partnering with branch managers to meet hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role also includes supporting compliance and administrative functions such as background checks, employment verifications, tracking training and certifications, and assisting with termination processes.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field.
High‑volume recruiting experience preferred (skilled trades, field service, or similar industries is a plus)
Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage top talent.
Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRIS systems (Workday or iSolved preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Customer‑service mindset with a collaborative, team‑first attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
SHRM‑CP certification a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage.
