Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Pest Control Technician to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse customer base. Assist customers with their pest control related concerns. Complete general pest inspections. Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirements. Attend product training sessions and meetings. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers is expected.

Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional written and verbal communications
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)
Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred)
A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience
