Job Description
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts across multiple locations and job levels. This is a newly created, urgent need due to recent turnover, and the team is looking to bring someone onboard as soon as possible. The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent while partnering closely with internal hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from entry-level to leadership positions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple states
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
Provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS
Support offer negotiation and candidate closing
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting across multiple states or markets
Ability to manage 5–10+ open requisitions at a time
Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with internal teams
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
HR experience is a plus
Property management or real estate experience is a plus but not required
Start Date: ASAP (high-priority hire)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional Fridays possible)
Work Environment: Fully onsite (Mission Viejo, CA)
Interview Process: One-step interview with HR leadership
