Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for sales roles. This position combines full-cycle recruiting execution with strategic partnership to help teams meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle recruiting for Sales positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding.

Partner with Sales hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities at the outset of each search.

Translate hiring needs into clear, effective recruiting strategies aligned to current market conditions.

Review, screen, and assess candidates against defined sales competencies and role requirements.

Proactively source sales talent when needed, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.

Qualifications

1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sales hiring

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment; agency experience preferred

Strong stakeholder communication skills up to the Director level

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards

Knowledge of employment and labor law basics and hiring best practices
