Job Description
We are seeking a high-volume Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple locations. This role requires someone who can manage a fast-paced workload, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple requisitions at once.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer facilitation

Support high-volume hiring needs across assigned facilities and business units (typically managing ~30 active requisitions)

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across manufacturing, industrial, and administrative roles

Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and responsive experience throughout the hiring process

Review applications and conduct initial screenings via phone or video

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies

Ensure all hiring practices adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards (including OFCCP and EEO)

Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and support reporting needs

Respond to candidate and internal inquiries, escalating more complex issues as needed

Participate in broader talent acquisition initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing environments required

Additional experience supporting industrial and/or corporate roles preferred

Prior experience working within organizations that follow EEO compliance standards

Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations, including OFCCP requirements

Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to exit)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; UKG experience strongly preferred

Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, or basic analytics is a plus

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
