We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Meadows Apartments in Kerrville, TX.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and support preventive maintenance tasks
Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, sinks, and other general maintenance needs
Complete work orders and associated documentation for maintenance operations
Maintain cleanliness of property grounds as needed
Qualifications
Ideal candidate with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
HVAC experience required; HVAC certification is a plus
Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment
Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Normal work hours are typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (variations possible by season and community) with occasional overtime
