Job Description
Respond to and attend to repair requests and fix general maintenance issues such as plumbing, holes in walls, lightbulb replacements, among many others. Maintain a log of maintenance requests and completions and ensure proper and safe storage of maintenance tools.
Job Requirements
2+ years of general engineering and maintenance experience required
Hospitality experience desired
Must be able to lift, carry and move 50 pounds. Able to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time and be able to move about the property.
Valid driver's license required.
Varied scheduling to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
