Systel Careers – Production Test Operator – Sugar Land, TX
Responsibilities
All work activities shall be conducted in a manner that supports Systel’s Quality Manual, Quality Policy, Quality objectives.
Configuring BIOS according to work instructions.
Installing operating systems.
Installing images.
Testing all computer ports for functionality.
Loading diagnostic programs and starting computers for burn-in testing.
Final testing of computer systems and peripherals to ensure that outgoing product meets all functionality parameters, customer specified requirements and quality requirements.
Maintaining professional work behavior.
Maintaining a safe work environment.
Maintaining an organized work environment and practicing good housekeeping.
Performing hotpot and ground-bond testing to ensure product safety.
Perform other work-related duties assigned.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
Ability to set up and configure computer BIOS.
Ability to install operating systems and images.
Ability to identify problems and potential problems related to computer functionality as compared to work instructions and software operation.
Ability to install peripheral drivers and check operation of such.
