Location: Tulsa Area (Multi‑Site)
Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday‑Friday (occasional off‑hours as needed)
Compensation: $120,000+ (flexible based on experience)
Overview
A well‑established manufacturing organization in the Tulsa area is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead operations across four production facilities.
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving preventative maintenance strategies across both sites.
This is not a corporate facilities position—this role is deeply embedded in industrial maintenance and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Equipment Leadership
Oversee maintenance operations for a wide range of industrial equipment, including:
CNC and manual machining centers
Welding systems (manual and automated)
Overhead cranes and hoists
Compressed air systems
Other production‑critical equipment
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues
Develop and drive preventative maintenance (PM) programs to maximize uptime
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders within a CMMS system
Facility & Infrastructure Oversight
Manage overall facility operations including building systems, utilities, and infrastructure
Coordinate with vendors for services such as HVAC, waste, and general facility support
Support facility improvements, expansions, and space utilization initiatives
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and support maintenance personnel across multiple locations
Assign and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely and high‑quality completion
Provide hands‑on support and guidance to the team as needed
Foster strong communication and coordination between sites
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership on safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Support inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness planning
Budgeting & Strategic Planning
Develop and manage maintenance and facility‑related budgets
Identify opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency, and equipment lifecycle improvements
Support long‑term planning related to capital equipment and facility growth
Qualifications
Required
10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
MUST HAVE experience leading multi‑site operations (3–4 sites preferably)
Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams
Strong hands‑on experience with mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting
Experience supporting equipment‑heavy operations (CNC, welding, cranes, etc.)
Working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and CMMS platforms
Preferred
Experience overseeing multi‑site operations
Background in fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing environments
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
Certifications such as CFM, PMP, or equivalent
Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing setting, including exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working both on the floor and in a leadership capacity.
