Injection Molding Operator I - 7AM-7PM - $20.00/hr
Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for an Injection Molding Operator to be based out of Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Molding Manager, this Molding Operator's primary focus will be tending the machines, packaging parts, basic material handling, and accomplishing daily production goals.
What you’ll do:
Run various machines and equipment within the molding department
Process and complete paperwork, and operate a forklift as required
Progress towards a Molding Technician, where you’ll oversee preventative maintenance on machines, manage changing out tools and molds, and train Injection Molding Associates
Follow plant safety rules and wear proper PPE, which includes safety glasses, ear plugs, steel‑toe boots/shoes, and gloves
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
Preferred is a high school diploma, or equivalent but not required
Experience reading and interpreting work orders
Basic math and counting skills
Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted
Have an attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization

Previous machine operating and forklift experience is a plus
Within 3 months, you’ll:
Complete hourly immersion and any required training.
Have a good understanding of our Safety Culture.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.00/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
