Residential Support Worker

What You’ll Do
Support young people with their daily routines; help them get ready for school, prep for meal times and plan activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
The home is located in a rural setting with a spacious outdoor area for play. Each child’s bedroom is decorated in their chosen style and the home is furnished to a high standard. All children have complex needs and a history of adverse childhood experiences. An individualised support plan is created for each child to address their specific needs. The senior team leads and guides each shift, and monthly team meetings and supervision ensure continual progress and skill development.
