We're looking for someone who is flexible, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-division technology environment , someone who can move between the detail and the big picture without missing a beat.
At Ramset Theory Group, we build enterprise technology platforms across healthcare, logistics, entertainment, and automotive through divisions including Erdos Technologies, Erdos Digital, and Requiem Creative.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility
Partnering with hiring managers on recruiting and candidate experience
Maintaining HR operations, compliance, and employee records
Helping shape culture across a growing, multi-division platform
Identifying process gaps and building practical solutions
What we’re looking for:
3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in tech or growth-stage environments
Strong organizational skills and clear communication
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities
Someone who brings curiosity and initiative — not just execution
