We’re looking for an HR Specialist who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy keeping things organized behind the scenes. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, provides guidance to employees and managers, and helps keep our workplace running smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who’s comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities and wants to grow in a well-rounded HR career.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and general HR processes
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
Help administer benefits, leave programs, and other employee services
Partner with managers on performance issues, employee relations, and policy interpretation
Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training efforts, or process improvements
Prepare routine HR reports and assist with compliance requirements as needed
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors preferred.
2-3 years of HR experience in a full-cycle HR related role.
Compensation and Benefits
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
