About The Role
As an Insurance Agent, you’ll collaborate with an experienced agency leader to learn the key elements of growing and managing a successful insurance business. Receive comprehensive training in sales, client relationships, operations, and leadership—all designed to prepare you for advanced leadership roles within Farmers Insurance. In serving your clients across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines, you’ll build valuable expertise and confidence, expanding your own portfolio and advancing steadily along a career path that rewards growth and leadership ambition.

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain a client base through networking, prospecting, and community engagement

Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet individual client needs

Cultivate lasting client relationships with excellent communication and regular policy reviews

Meet and exceed sales goals while focusing on long-term client satisfaction

Learn the operations and strategy behind running an insurance agency

Stay current on industry trends and Farmers Insurance products

Qualifications

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to advance your career

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
