Your Role: Insurance Agent
As an Insurance Agent, you will be essential in driving our agency’s success by:
Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads
Conducting needs assessments and recommending tailored insurance solutions
Selling and cross-selling a variety of insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
Consistently exceeding individual sales goals while contributing to the agency’s overall growth
Keeping up-to-date on insurance products and compliance requirements
Using CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and renewals
Participating actively in team meetings and sharing best practices
Who We’re Looking For
We want individuals with a growth mindset who are dedicated to professional development and long-term achievement:
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
